I worked at Union Pacific full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Great company dedicated to the safety of their employees, great pay which ranges depending on what craft you decide to apply for, but very competitive all the same. Good benefits, one of the best companies I have ever worked for.

    Cons

Most likely any craft you work for will require you to travel, big money but hard if you have a family.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Just remember to stay open minded to versatile employees, and try to bring out their needed skill sets.
