    I have been working at Union Supply full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Paid on time, HR department tries there best to help

    Cons

    Views employees as expendable no matter how hard working, not easy to advance, management wants to ignore you then blame you when they fail, no communication. Account managers are treated like royalty and think they run everything and can boss everyone else around. Never gives raises

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Really start looking at who is doing the most and the best work, you praise those who are lazy and do not realize the work that is being done is by those under them. Try to add pay for performance in customer service!
