bosses that are little to no help. IE : they rarely are around and having them answer a call for help/input is erratic at best . management/supervisors that play the blame game and threaten there employees instead of encouraging them and assisting the site to make profit goals.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

do random visits where no one IE regional managers/site supervisors have a clue about said visit so as not to have time to hide things and put on a "good face" other wise things just go back to "normal" after the visit
