I have been working at Uniqlo Usa full-time for more than 3 years

Uniqlo is an expanding business, there is a lot of room for improvement, they demand a lot and is good in the sense that you'll be very experienced in many things by the time you leave and if you don't and are able to get a corporate or management position you'll be making good money. Paid time off is sweet, medical insurance is not that great though but hey! Something is something.

They want you to follow the rules but they don't, favoritism rules that company, if you're friends with the manager you'll get something, if they don't like you no matter how much you improve you'll get no where. Evaluations are a joke, don't take those too seriously. Management behave like they're royalty even though they're only selling clothes. It can be a very dense environment, smiles are pretty much fake.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stick to the rules but don't treat us like garbage. No matter how hard you try America will NEVER be like Japan which makes a lot of your methods worthless.
