Former Employee - Technical Administrator in Minneapolis, MN

I worked at Unisys full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    The money was pretty good.

    Cons

I hated it there. I've never been subject to such a stifled, toxic atmosphere of managerial incompetence, paranoia and general all-around nastiness. When it began to affect my health I left as quickly as I could line something else up.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management doesn't want my advice. Short-sighted, churn-and-burn approach to HR seems to be working out well for them.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
