    Pros

    Resume building. I suppose that no matter what you do anything is better than nothing on your resume.

    Cons

    Management creates an unreasonably competitive workplace that breeds discontent with Co workers. On top of that movement is limited if any is available and turnover is high which because training is inadequate means you will spend a large portion of your day answering questions that should have been addressed in a decent training. Also they like to place you into multiple queues at the same time for completely different companies which also have completely different support styles/accounts/knowledge. It is highly concncerning how this company stays in business.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Change the way you treat your employs but even more so re-organize the whole company.
