I worked at United Copper Industries full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Good benefits. Always hiring if you need a job they will give you a chance. Management concerned about employee safety and improving it

    Cons

No heat or air conditioning in the work area. The work area is below freezing in winter and over 110 in summer.
Pay rates are too low for the working conditions

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

About half of the vice presidents and directors do not agree with the CEO's approach and openly talk about it to employees. CEO needs to get the management team to believe in the approach.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
