I worked at United Exchange Corp full-time (more than 3 years)

company is growing and doing well

lots of office politics - mostly caused by one owner that pits employees against each other
not professional - screaming and humiliating employees in front of others is common
    benefits are horrible
    don't care about their employees
morale is very low, people don't want to be there
compensation is low and raises are rare
only work here if your other alternative is unemployment

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat your employees with respect. Recognize that great employees are hard to come by and therefore you should recognize and reward employees that do a good job. Improve your benefits to be competitive with other employers... at a minimum you should be offering 2 weeks vacation, 1 week sick time, bereavement days, better health benefits, and the vesting period for profit sharing is not reasonable.
