I worked at United Health Services full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Some of the teachers and support staff really cared about their students.

    Cons

Worst management ever. Principal was a puppet to the corporation and all they cared about was meeting their budget and had total disregard for anyone trying to do their job in a safe and humane way. As a result, staff cut corners and conditions were horrible. As a teacher I was never supported. Administration resented any reports I filed about the dangerous working conditions. I was written up for filing these reports. Confidential information was stored in a basement and accessible to anyone. Personal information was left out for students to see. When students threatened the teachers management ignored their wrong doings. The rights of students were ignored as well. Too many things to list, but it was a very unsafe working environment. I had to leave.
