    I worked at United Nations

    Pros

Meet people from all walks of life & different countries and cultures and learn from them.
Learn how bureaucracy work at its best.

    Cons

The lack of decision making by management is one of the biggest lessons I learned.
Staff being treated as shelf items and not taken care off in a very stressful environment.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management should learn how to make decisions and take responsibility for those decisions.
Look after all your staff - local national and especially the expatriates.
