Employee stock, good benefits, food co-op, and the feeling that you get working for a green company.

Cut-throat management, out and out abuse of staff. Textbook hostile work environment, corporate bullying at it's worst. No line between work and home life. Unrealistic and inappropriate infringements on staff's lives.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Some, not all, of the biggest offenders have been (thankfully) let go or replaced. You need to do two things; review the stack of employees that left in the last few years for the ones that you should call back, and two; get a consulting firm in to turn around the corporate culture. Profitability does not hinge on brutal treatment of staff. You need to admit that there is a problem; make a good act of contrition, and vow to sin no more. If you're not willing to do that they what you have is a people mill that churns staff members like grist. That is not the values you ascribe to on your website. Either start living up to those values or take them down. Call me; I'll help you do it. I tried, and I was driven out.
