    Pros

Good compensation and/or benefits, not much more to add.

    Cons

Bad middle and upper management, no loyalty to employees, long hours, TERRIBLE TURNOVER, looking to please stock holders and making bad business decisions that affect the SOM, this company needs a complete upper management overhaul.

    Advice to Management

your fluent fleet idea was a good idea bad implemented, the only people making money is the haulers, have a second look at district management, focus on the midwest for starters.
