I have been working at UnitedHealth Group full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Ability to work from home, flexible hours. You are surrounded by highly intelligent people working at break-neck speeds.

    Cons

I've been "reorged" to 5 different teams within the past 2 years. I can't help but feel like the leadership is in a perpetual loop of changing something without thinking about the implications and then having to change it again because it wasn't thought through.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Tactical and strategic decisions go hand-in-hand. Think about both long and short term impacts before you act.

    Recommends
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
