    Positive Outlook

    Pros

Good PTO, work at home, employee stock purchase program

    Cons

Constant management changes. By the time your mangers get to know you, they're laid off or reassigned elsewhere, and you're back at square 1 again. Mass layoffs are very frequent at UHC Medicare and Retirement, especially in the Spring. Health Insurance has very high deductibles and out of pocket limits. The education reimbursement benefits is unusable: It can only be used for courses directly related to your current position, and cannot be used to prepare for a promotion or career advancement; however, when you take a course to help your "current position" they won't approve it because they wouldn't have hired you if you "weren't sufficient at that skill". FMLA routinely denied, even when you have surgery and completed doctors forms they'll deny it it due to doctors explanation not been detailed enough.

    Advice to Management

Be more flexible with PTO usage. Requiring at least 4 weeks notice isn't always doable since we can't plan everything in our life that far out.
