    Pros

Insurance package is outstanding one of the best I have had. Other benefits are good as well. Opportunity to work as much or as little as you want.

    Cons

Work environment could be made safer in some ways. This comment pertains to the transportation division concerning driver safety and trucks... it will always be a issue due to the nature of the job duties. Transportation is going though a identity/ personnel crisis. Problems won't go away until money and right people are in the proper position. If Unfp can get this right. I would go back as a employee

    Advice to Management

Get the right people in the proper positions. Improve listening and communication with your employees. Be willing to spend the money where and when needed on the proper solutions for whats going on. Correct unprofessional environment in the office.
