I have been working at University of California Berkeley part-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

I worked for a science department doing administrative work. It was a great choice since campus jobs tend to recognize that school is my first priority

    Cons

it got a little boring. I really wished i pushed myself into more internships

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Always remember students' first priority is school!
