I worked at University of Illinois at Chicago part-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Received many valuable lessons and experiences as a research aide. The hands on projects and responsibilities really gave me the experience and tools i needed to get into the workforce confidently.

P.S. This was my first job out of college, and while it was temporary, I would recommend everybody go through their college employment office to gain valuable "real life" work experince.

    Cons

Going through a schools hiring system can be tedious and frustrating, but once its done it gets better.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice
