    I worked at University of New Mexico full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    The position that I held with UNM was one filled with daily change and something new. It was not a position with one job description, I held a number of hats and I loved the challenges that the job presented.

    Being able to adjust to constant change, variety in jobs, demanding deadlines..I

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    I would suggest that organizations value their employees and show that they are appreciated. Praising is not always necessary I believe that depends on the individual employee but perks and rewards are always good things to encourage employees.
