I have been working at University of Pennsylvania full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

If you live nearby it is wonderful. Tuition. A shuttle that runs around West Philadelphia and in toward center city. I love their gym.

    Cons

Everyone i know has a different experience. It all depends on your department. I was at the school of medicine and I never want to work there again.
Interview them as they interview you. You don't get paid enough to be in an unhealthy work environment.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Overall Penn management, you seem to do well.
