Training is great, starting salary is decent. The company is massive so if you are a top performer you can get promoted very quickly. This is especially the case if you are willing to relocate. I work at a medium sized campus, so getting to manager within a year is not uncommon for top performers.

Salary is low if you are a top performer with where you can get else where. You cannot make direct commission due to department of education guidelines. You also do not receive bonuses. If you want to make larger amounts of money you will have to move into management. A top performer EC will earn around 41-50k after one year of work. You will have your pay adjusted every six months for performance, this is when you get your raises.

    Advice to Management

There is very little I could offer as advice, most of the minuses of the company are there because of regulations. Every other minus just comes with being a business. I really like the company and it has great benefits.
