I worked at University of Vermont part-time

Gorgeous campus and resources. Professors in some fields are top-notch. Access to computing resources makes research easier. Great work-life balance. Great school for health-care, complex systems, evolutionary robotics and data mining.

Small number of faculty and graduate students in the engineering, computer science, and mathematics department. While the faculty in some specializations was great, there were major gaps and variation in the quality of professors.

    Advice to Management

Keep funding for graduate students. It's the major factor for why we choose UVM over competing programs.
