I have been working at Urban Outfitters part-time (less than an year)

Longer hours, cool managers, store atmosphere. Discount is very generous.

No shifts, on-call shifts, only a few people get multiple shifts the rest get the bare minimum. People who were hired at the same time do not get the same amount of shifts even though they claim that hours are earned not given!! It is not a reliable source if income most likely have to work two jobs.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Let every employee get a chance to earn hours. You can't judge a persons ability to be a good associate from one shift.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
