    I have been working at VBrick Systems full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Promising new cloud-based platform and a really nice user interface. Reliable and high-performing hardware appliances. Still a few good and dedicated managers and performers around. Growing market still for the taking. Good to above average compensation for VA and CT.

    Cons

    CEO is green, adds little value and defers to COO who is toxic and a wrecking ball. Neither relates to or even interacts with "workers" in the office. Bet on the wrong people and push away good ones. Sales force demoralized and under-performed with huge churn. Lack of trust and low morale have created a very lousy mood around the office. Please fix!!!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Practice transparency and accountability. Bring back staff meetings, monthly town-halls and hold yourselves accountable for company performance before blaming others. Learn to find and keep great people then trust them - or make way for other executives.
