I have been working at Vacations To Go full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Best part- the majority of the time, they let you work on your own. There is not a lot of micro-managing. Most of the people that work there are very easy to get along with. You can work 20 hours a day if you wish. Some do, and make bank.

    Cons

Commission based. When its slow, like Sept-Dec, it can be tough. Even taking call after call, you may get a deal here and there, but the cruises are so cheap, you may make only $20-$30 on a $700 cruise. There are many days you can go home empty handed. WIth heavy competition and price of cruises dropping, it can be make you mad.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

No need to bother. Your best ideas will be ignored, because the people in charge are way smarter than you.
