Former Employee - Chief Estimator in Phoenix, AZ

I worked at ValleyCrest Companies full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Harvard education of the green industry offered here if you start out as a fresh-out-of-college entry level employee. My advice? Get your 2-3 years of training here, and then go find a small green company where you can make a great impact on your clients and co-workers..

    Cons

Branch Management makes all the difference. I worked in more than one VC location, my first stop the branch management team was the best employer I have ever worked for. My next stop the branch management made my experience the worst job I have ever held in my life.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Burt must be rolling over in his grave at the travesty of the events of the last year.
