I have been working at Valspar

The best thing about working here is the friends you make. Other than that, Valspar pretty much sucks!

Management doesn's respect employees. You better not ask questions or you'll be on their "short list" of ones to get rid of. The culture and atmosphere is terrible and the new plant manager doesn't have a clue how to run things. You have to give 8 weeks notice to take a vacation day?!? Give me a break. Employees don't have an advocate.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The Charlotte plant will be closed by 2014 at the rate things are going.
