Current Employee - Customer Service Representative in Louisville, KY

I have been working at Vantiv for more than a year

    Pros

The benefits and training program are good. Most people are there for the benefits. The health insurance is affordable and they offer a decent amount of PTO and paid holidays.

    Cons

Very low pay for the amount of work and skills they want you to have. They lie about raises to get you to take on extra responsibilities. They lie about caring about employees. They only care about profits.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to your people with the same listening skills you require them to use. Be honest, and don't promise raises that you got no intention of paying.
