I worked at Vector Marketing part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

The product is actually really great

    Cons

They lie to you, get you to lie to your friends and family, then get you to lie to their friends and family. They put up a front as Vector Marketing, sounds like a professional place to work, lure you in then tell you that you are selling Cutco knives. They train you, then send home to start "marketing" which is really just playing on the sympathies of your peers telling them that its just practice sales until you get the hang of it.(lies) they make you collect numbers of friends and family then hand them in so they can badger them about buying these rediculously over priced cutlery sets. They eat up college kids and people just looking for an honest job and spit them out like they meant nothing, because you dont mean anything to them. In the end you feel swindled out of your time you could have used getting a real job.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop taking advantage of people, stop lying, and stop wasting precious time.
