I worked at Ventura full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Cannot think of any. Possibly the 3 days training in Milton Keynes, during which we visited Audi HQ.

    Cons

No respect for employees whatsoever, treated like children, operatives pitted against one another and a culture of suspicion and backstabbing. Was shouted at by supervisors, expected to ask permission to go to the toilet, "tribunals" were held constantly over the pettiest of issues, whereby supervisors would attempt to intimidate staff members pantomime style, upon hearing morale was low a back to school dress up day was organised, whereby everyone was expected to dress as school boys and girls. The main reason for low morale was that positions on the team were being advertised at a higher salary than those of the employees who would be expected to train the newcomers. Hellish.
