    I worked at Verengo Solar full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    - Very Flexible Schedules
    - Exciting bonus
    - Work from Home opportunity
    - room for growth with a clause

    Cons

    - no job security, can be fired at anytime
    - you put in your all and dont get recognized
    - company only care about meeting their target and nothing else
    - too much work for little pay
    - over worked staff
    - you have to be mean to get promoted
