    I have been working at Verisk Analytics full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

    Flex time, entry level training, pay for passing tests, school

    Cons

    Perf mgmt system is a joke, no transparency when promos handed out, legacy management is flailing, avg tenure of senior management is 30+ years, need new blood, short term planning is bad for long term results
