    I worked at Verisk Health

    Pros

None...they dont even allow proper bathroom breaks! please read before applying to work here as a CSR !!!!

    Cons

Where do I begin? I was only there for 1 month before I got the hell out of there. This is the Verisk in Sandy, UT. They gave us one half hour lunch break (part of that was used getting up and down 4 floors in the elevator ) and ONE 10 minute break to divide up into each time you had to pee during the day. Your personal belongings had to be locked in a locker 50 feet from your desk...and time is counted against you if you need to go to your locker, open it and check your phone in case one of your kids is sick, called, or anything else. No food or drink at your desk, only stare at screen at work for hours on end. No MP3 players allowed. Your "workflow" is about 100 calls a day where you are collecting documents. You are allowed to make like 3 errors within this amount....and if you do your pay is docked (they set it up so its impossible to advance) I needed some extra help the first week because I didnt pick up on what documents I was supposed to collect fast enough (Some were legal documents I was not familiar with and didnt want to make mistakes on) and the supervisor would get PISSED if I flagged her to help---and they let me go a week later because I needed a little extra help. All I can say is NO....I lost count of the people I saw walking out or quitting every day. I have no idea how they stay in business. I have since found a wonderful job in the health care industry where I have been for a year now.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

HELP your employees if they need a little extra support instead of sigh and roll your eyes....
