    Pros

    Excellent international exposure, cutting-edge solutions and opportunities to learn from across the business. Good colleagues, largely collaborative, embraces flexible working practices and clearly wants to be more transformational.

    Cons

    Conservative with a clear US powerbase, constant re-organisations poorly managed/communicated & tiring, talent management can seem almost incidental. Big variance in the quality of direction with some of it appearing very self-serving.

    Advice to Management

    Consider more carefully the impacts of frequent change and how you communicate it: Be more consistent and obvious with your efforts to understand and remove red tape and reduce silos. Don't commoditise your employees.
