    high levels of stress, lack of accountability, lack of management support, outsourcing to asia, poor % merrit increases

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Stop outsourcing, pay your people better, respect your people better, provide real information instead of blowing steam up your employees arse, hold all groups accountable, not just the people that have to fix everyone's mess.
