I worked at Verizon full-time (More than a year)
The people were very nice and even made to be great friends. The management was willing to work with me on several occasions.
The stats were confusing and stupid. It swears up and down that the fixing it the first time was the key goal but then there were conflicting like keeping a call handle time. Next they would provide stupid things like sending a box out. Or even rediclious charges and it was horrible.
Advice to Management
Figure out how to balance the stats more. Also giving more chances for people to grow instead of suffocating.
