    Time off and benefits are great! I felt like the company took care of you as a person.


    It was hard to find meaning in the position I was in. As a consultant, your deliverables were to clients, who often-times didn't act on your recommendations. To Verizon, they were only interested in the hours you billed. For me, that makes it difficult to find meaning in your day to day work.
