    I worked at Verizon Wireless full-time (more than 8 years)


    The pay and incentives were great. Its the only reason to endure the stress. Miss the yearly bonuses. Great benefits


    Worked in the call center which is now closed down. All political. Brown nosing at its best in order to progress. Management were adding stress to make their stats look good for their next position. HR was worthless. Worked us to the bone and still closed down the call center. Im traumatized from working in call centers. Was with the company for almost 8yrs. Every month someone needed medical attention from the stress.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Would be nice is you truly practiced the company' core values which seemed like they only applied to the care reps. Also, hire supervisors who actually know the job and not depending on their reps who has been with the company longer. Would be best to hire from within.
