    Pros

The pay is pretty good for the level of knowledge needed to acquire the position. Paid training. Company sponsored events. Profit-sharing. 401k match. Good benefits.

    Cons

Advancement is often based on favoritism. Lots of nit-picking for things like going to the restroom. Ladies and gents have up to 3 minutes per day to use the restroom so make sure it is done on breaks and lunch or it will cause problems.

    Advice to Management

Time management is a bit too intrusive and provide more opportunity for advancement to more people.
