    Pros

    Hourly plus commission, great benefits, 401K, discounts on personal wireless monthly plan, provided phone for work with service 100% paid, somewhat flexible schedule if needed.

    Cons

    Management and upper management nitpick about numbers and performance. One person could be hitting the goal in 14 out of 15 things upon which performance is measured, but management will be coming down hard because of the one metric where the goal hasn't been met. Keep in mind that there are 6 or more other employees in the store who haven't been able to come close to hitting the sales goals by comparison. Super frustrating. Always wanting more, more, more. Minimal recognition or praise. Another issue is staffing. The store headcount was once 6 employees short. It was near impossible to get help from the slower stores in the area to send another person to help out. This results in wait times of 30-60 minutes making customers extremely irritable by the time a sales rep reaches them.

    Advice to Management

    Get some quality people hired. Get help from other stores when needed. Let the specialists who perform do their job, and nitpick on the 5 or 6 other people who aren't hitting their numbers.
