I worked at Verizon Wireless full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

This company was on the leading edge of relevant technology. Their internal systems and commissions were very effective and transparent. Used to be able to make a lot of commissions if you were a solid representative. Sr. level management was excellent

    Cons

Schedule changed almost daily, "universal rep" system adopted in 2010 meant that sales reps were doing many non-sales duties hence making much less $$$. Greeter system meant "favorites" would get better customer opportunities

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you want to pay reps like entry-level sales associates, then be prepared for your best reps to leave (which many have already)
