    I have been working at Verizon Wireless

    Pros

    You get a discount on your phone service, training is good. People are nice to work with, the stores are clean and keep nice.

    Cons

    there are no pros, the money is terrible, the hours are terrible, the managers ares too young, they dont care about work/life balance and the main reason for face to face business is to deal with complaining customers

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Higher older managers who can be professional and responsible, stop promoting people for who they know and not what they know or how they perform.
