    Pros

I've never worked with a company that has comparable benefits. Great health insurance, 6% 401k match, lots of hidden gems. If you're a white man who likes to party your odds of getting a promotion are pretty good.

    Cons

The managers don't show up, the staff covers the responsibilities. It's disorganized. Drug tests would eliminate pretty much everyone, including managers. The commission plan is designed to save on payroll. Management's backwards priorities mean everyone tries to avoid customers. Zero work life balance. They can change your schedule up to 48 hours before your shift starts. You often work 10am to 8pm.

    Advice to Management

Do your job so everyone else does theres
