I worked at Verizon Wireless (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Medical benefits are great. Safe place to work. 50% off of cell bill for employees. Specialty groups have more flexibility.

    Cons

It is quantity based over quality. Call observations are subjective rather than objective. It's all about who you know, not what you know to promote within.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
