    Pros

    The benefits are outstanding
    Customers typically are very satisfied
Work life balance is fairly good
    Best benefits I have seen

    Cons

Too big of an organization to make the right changes when needed
Management decisions come from the top with little input from the field
Too much focus on retail - not b2b

    Advice to Management

Think locally. Be more open to the different requirements in each region. The competitive landscape in CA is different then FL. Try to be more nimble.
