Former Employee - Customer Service Representative in Mankato, MN
Former Employee - Customer Service Representative in Mankato, MN

I worked at Verizon Wireless full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    - Good Pay (well above minimum wage)
    - Good Benefits (can't argue with benefits from day one)
    - Good Co-Workers (from the recruiters and trainers, to the supervisors and upper-management)

    Cons

    - Beyond fast-paced (barely any time to think and only a split-second between calls)
    - Just as with any customer service job, angry customers (in the call center environment it's 80%+). Who calls when they're happy with their service, right?

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Keep doing a great job.
