    Pros

Great benefits like cell phone bill reductions and accessory discounts and decent pay as long as you are performing. The work schedule can be demanding, but we only work four days leaving three days off to be with family.

    Cons

Working in this industry requires that you need to know a little something about phones. There are a lot of non tech-savvy people out there who experience phone problems. Knowing how to quickly solve these problems is a must, due to the lofty sales quotas. Fixing problems for non sales customers doesn't help your sales today, so you have to move quickly past these people to get to the ones who are buying.

    Advice to Management

I've had great managers who work hard to help sales reps achieve their goals. One bit of advice would be to remain consistent.
