Good at the start, unrealistic and demoralizing at the end.

    Pros

Good Benefits, decent amount of vacation time.

    Cons

Ever changing sales quotas and expectations of sales reps. Unrealistic sales quotas for "ethical" sales reps. The demand for cold calling local businesses by retail sales reps was ludicrous. They have a business office for that. If the store management did not think you were productive enough they would find a way to get rid of you. I have seen many people "let go" using company policies that were not used against other employees doing the same things but who were meeting their expectations. Management seems to have their own personal agenda for their own promotions and bonuses. If you are not increasing their bonus you are expendable. Not a cooperative team enviroment.

    Advice to Management

Demoralizing ones employees through fear and intimidation will decrease their productivity, not increase it.
