    Pros

Great Benefits, Good Compensation, Employee Phone Program, Market Leader, Vacation/PTO/Sick Days, Great Training,

    Cons

Only issue with Verizon Wireless, there is a huge level of politics that must be played in order to move up and keep your position. If you are not willing to play the game they will find any reason to show you the door or keep you from getting that next promotion.

    Advice to Management

Ensure that in all areas of the company, that individual merit and results are utilized for promotions and not based on whether upper leadership has a grudge against you.
