My department. We take care of each other. My direct management make sure they do the most that they can for us within there power. Our deductions for healthcare as of now are low and our coverage seems to be average.This helps off set the pay rate but that can change at any time.
The pay. We get a 2% to 2.5% increas each year. The low pay means the quality of the average worker here is not as good as it should be. I like working here but feel I will have to leave to see my payrate increases pass the cost of living.
Advice to Management
They need to increase pay to get better workers.
