    I worked at VerticalResponse full-time

    Pros

the job is very easy, the building is in a great spot in SF. they have philz coffee, the employees are great to work with, the managers are very easy going, and the environment is relaxed.

    Cons

the employees believe the company has given up. the product is moving way too slow and the clients are leaving for competitors with more advanced features. Deluxe, the company that owns VR, seems to have forgotten about VR. When employees leave, they don't get replaced. There are some other cons, but these are the major ones.

    Advice to Management

bring back the confidence! Make your employees proud of the product that they represent and make them want to stay at VR!
