    Pros

    Free Bagels on Friday
    Good work/life balance
    Comp was competitive
    Really enjoyed with most of my coworkers

    Cons

    No commitment from the CEO on company direction
    Senior team made up of a lot of "lifers" offering no original thinking
    Aversion to Risk
    Reclusive CEO
    Senior managers tend to fire drill and randomize (only know about US, could be different in other countries)
    Senior management team seems lost... spray and pray strategy?
    Laying off people than Senior staff takes off on a boondoggle to Cannes that has never resulted in more revenue.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    You have a chance to pull out of this nose dive. Fingers crossed!
    --Get a plan and stick with it before it is too late!
    --Find a leader that actively participates in the company!
